GREEN PUZZLE is an independent installer with access to a wide range of grants from the Energy Companies, these grants change on a regular basis throughout the year, so our Sales Surveyor will provide you with the latest competitive installation price at the time of survey.
The amount of grant provided depends upon the type of insulation your property requires. All homeowners and private tenants are eligible. This is known as 'Able To Pay Funding'. Householders will pay a small contribution towards the cost. This is typically recovered within one to two years from the savings made on heating bills. This applies to both Cavity Wall Insulation Grants and Loft Insulation Grants.
100% Insulation Grants are available to cover the cost of Cavity Wall and/or Loft Insulation if you meet the criteria. The 100% Loft Insulation grants only cover loft insulation where your existing insulation is less than 60mm.

The Government's Carbon Emissions Reduction Target (CERT) is part of our legislation and all Energy Companies have been given a target which they must meet or pay penalties. The major utility companies who are British Gas, EDF, E.ON, NPower, Scottish Power, Scottish & Southern Energy have to meet targets to reduce carbon emissions by paying for insulation in domestic properties.
You don't need to apply for your grant via your existing energy supplier, grants are available to all homeowners and private tenants throughout the UK to bring their homes up to the latest specifications.
You pay us your contribution and we collect the grant.
You do not have to repay the grant.
As the landlord of a property (or properties), you can apply for an insulation grant on behalf of your tenant for cavity wall and/or loft insulation.
Did You Know? - The Occupier qualifies for the grant.
The amount of grant will depend on their situation either a grant of up to 70% or even 100%.
Many Landlords decide to pay for the insulation as it improves their property and provides their tenants with all the normal benefits of a well insulated home.
The cost of the work would be determined following a free no obligation survey of the property but remember, if your tenant is on benefits, or over 70, there may be nothing to pay and you can insulate your property for free.
